Obituary

Rosemary Noble Palmer passed away peacefully on June 21, 2026, at the age of 72. She was born on February 24, 1954, in Murray, Utah, to Cleon E. Noble and Mary C. Noble. Rosemary was a woman of great kindness, compassion, and faith, whose gentle spirit touched the lives of all who knew her. Rosemary was known for always finding something good to say about others. She often shared simple but meaningful advice: “If you don’t have anything nice to say, then don’t say anything at all.” Those words reflected the way she lived her life - with grace, understanding, and genuine care for everyone around her. An avid reader, Rosemary found joy and comfort in books throughout her life. In 1990, she met Roy Palmer, and the two fell deeply in love. They were later married in the temple in Washington, D.C., beginning a loving partnership that would last for many years. Together, Rosemary and Roy built a family through adoption, welcoming four children into their hearts and home: one daughter and three sons. Rosemary was a devoted wife, loving mother, proud grandmother, and treasured friend. She dedicated herself to her family and found her greatest happiness in caring for those she loved. Rosemary will be remembered for her warm smile, kind heart, and unwavering love for family and friends. Her legacy of compassion and generosity will continue to live on in the many lives she touched. She is survived by her beloved husband, Roy Palmer; her daughter, Juana Rodriguez; her sons, David Palmer, Carlos Palmer, and Miguel Palmer; her cherished grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends who will miss her dearly. “Well done, thou good and faithful servant.” - Matthew 25:23
